The last few years by knowing the law in detail and legal procedure, our office arranges arbitrary construction. A good portion of our work relates to such cases trying to use the most beneficiary terms in favor of the owner.
Variety of cases where verandas, basements or even whole buildings, whose use was arbitrarily and illegally chanced by the owner, had to be arranged in order to be transferred to a third party or get a mortgage from a bank, etc.
Just about all illegally erected structures can be arranged by the new law 4178/13 in effect, if it can be proven that the main frame was constructed before 28-7-2011.
