Conversion of Burner's Fuel from Oil to Gas for Heating, in Voula, a southern superb of Athens

We were asked to curry put all studies and get a permit to convert the fuel consumed for heating purpose from oil to gas. This project was financed from the PUBLIC GAS COMPANY for the first 7300€, and the rest of the cost 2600€ was paid by the owners. All the procedure and the paper work was carried out by our office without the involvement of the building manager. The heating cost was decreased by 23% due to the difference of cost of fuel.
The boiler and burner existed since the construction of the building in 1975. Thus they needed to be replaced by new using gas for heating purposes. The building consists of fifteen apartments.
