Design-Construction of a Four Storey Residential Building in Byron, a suburb of Athens

It was assigned to our office the design and to issue the building permit and then proceed to the construction and deliver the apartments in a “Move In” condition. The four story building with basement and Piloti (open ground floor) is privately owned. The building's construction was financed by the bang. A prerequisite for the construction was to be completed in a short period of time because of the Bank financing.
