Renovation of an Apartment, in Voula, a southern superb of Athens

The 100m2 apartment was constructed 1987, and was fully renovated because of dampness penetrating from the surrounding garden. Waterproofing was applied on the outside of exterior walls in order to stop moisture from penetrating in the apartment. Replacement of hydraulic and electrical installations was necessary due to their age. Energy upgrading of apartment was achieved by use of gas for heating with individual heating boiler. The built-in kitchen cabinets were replaced and finally the apartment was painted.
