Design-Construction, of a seven storey Condominium in Kypseli, Athens

Each storey of the building consist a flat escorted by a parking space and a storage area in the basement. At the front façade of the building, towards the street, there are verandas 3.00m (depth) x 10,00m (length). Due to the south orientation of these terraces they can be used for nine months out of the year due to the mild climate in Greece. Their construction consist an investment increasing the commercial value of the residence. The building was constructed by the system of compensation and was erected in eleven months. We believe the fastest the construction of a building concluded, is a major capital saving contributor.
