Renovation of a Flat, at Neos Cosmos, Suburb of Athens

After we redesigned the floor layout and obtained the required permit from the Building Authorities, our office undertook the renovation works. The apartment, of 180 m2, was extended to the whole floor level. The kitchen had to be moved to a different place aiming to better ergonomics of the residence, construction of a second bathroom and WC, replacement of hydraulic and electrical installations, of aluminum windows and door frames, polishing of wooden and marble flooring, and finally painting of the interior.
